Trailer Fix: Prince of Persia

I can’t decide if I’m excited for Prince of Persia or not. But more than anything, I cannot, for the life of me, remember the last time Jake Gyllenhaal was in a movie.

Something seems off about Prince of Persia to me. For starters, I don’t think I can take Jake Gyllenhaal in a historical epic, action/adventure film seriously. The role just doesn’t fit him. Then again, just because Gyllenhaal hasn’t been in many films similar to Prince of Persia does not mean this movie will be bad. This is supposed to be “just entertainment”. Right?
