The Lindsay Lohan Saga

Apparently while I was away, Lindsay Lohan was attacked by a studio executive for acting like a “spoiled child”. James G. Robinson, CEO of Morgan Creek Production, reportedly stated in a letter addressed to the teen queen that it was her “ongoing all night heavy partying” that lead to her so-called heat exhaustion.

Well, that’s what happened and now Lindsay Lohan is fighting back.

In a letter to gossip columnist Perez Hilton, Lindsay wrote “it’s disgusting what these g-d damn people are doing to me. As well as the people in my life that I work with/for. It’s vulgar and I’m saddened for myself. And, ANY of those willing to fall into judging me in any way in the future or past, can watch the video tapes that these men/women take of me while they are being invasive towards my DAY off…Which I never have anymore. Send that to Morgan Creek.”

Wow, I cannot believe I almost missed this. Normally I would defend the actor and not the studio executives, but Lindsay deserved what was written about her.

If she wants to be taken more seriously, then maybe she should start acting like a professional and not some immature 20-year-old who always needs her mother to clean up after her mistakes.

I don’t even care about Lindsay Lohan that much. I just think it’s a shame that someone with that much talent, would waste everything away partying. But what do I know. Maybe she’ll come out with a string of movies that a reminiscent of her Freaky Friday/Mean Girls days.

  1. I was starting to think she could turn into something like Elizabeth Taylor (altough no one could come close to her ability as an actress), but she started her partying too soon. Liz didn’t get too much into that until her thirties; however, I do think Lindsay is talented, and she showed her skill in A Prairie Home Companion.
