For my Christmas gift this year my sister picked out a copy of Cannes: A Festival Virgin’s Guide (left).
The guide has valuable information about everything from the history of the festival to how to dress to where to eat to what tourist attractions to check out to where the post office is. It even has information on how to network, which is really the reason why I’m going to Cannes in the first place.
It will certainly come in handy because other than what I know about the films that have won awards at Cannes, I know little about the actual festival.
